The approximately 55,125-square-foot industrial property is located at 3030 N. Lamb Blvd., Suites 103 and 104 in Las Vegas. The transaction amount was $725,832. Dean Willmore, SIOR of Colliers International represented both the tenant and the lessor, Natomas Creek Nevada.
